SUP Yoga and Fitness Sotogrande
Yoga on a SUP - a Stand Up Paddle Board - is a fun and challenging way to exercise. It promotes balance, core-strength and a strong focus as of course the usual list-long benefits of Hatha Yoga. We will end each class relaxing on the board and use the calming effect of the water to drop into a refreshing deep relaxation.
SUP Yoga is a fun way to practice and offers a new angle to the postures. There will be SUP Yoga, SUP fitness and SUP Pilates classes offered during the summer in Sotogrande (Costa del Sol). Stay tuned or contact me directly if you are interested.
Stand Up Paddle Yoga in Sotogrande:
Every Thursday evening at 7:15pm. Classes are EUR 20.- including everything required. Please do confirm your attendance each week as boards are limited and classes depend on the weather situation!
In addition to that, I will be offering private 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 SUP classes in Sotogrande, on the river or the sea for everyone that likes to give it a try. The SUP in Sotogrande is a great exercise to experience as a couple. Why not surprise your partner for a session together?
