A Hatha Yoga class usually lasts between 75-90 minutes. The composition of a class consists of breathing techniques, warming-up, yoga asanas (poses/stretching), concentration, positive thinking and deep relaxation. Yoga benefits everyone! No matter what age, health or fitness.
